The device has a stationary unit (12) that allows displacement of linkage system (9) and a movable unit (5) in first stage in combination with displacement action of an actuating unit (6) according to preset stroke corresponding to presupposition period of a cartridge equal to that of the actuating unit. A drive element (10) is not driven in second phase. The displacement of linkage system and movable unit is allowed in accordance with stroke larger than that of the stroke of the actuating unit, when the drive element is driven.
