PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to prevent the fault of the organic light emitting display device due to electromagnetic waves by using an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet for blocking the electromagnetic waves generated from an electric component. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate (100) includes an organic light emitting device (130) and a driving circuit part (120) for operating the organic light emitting device. A second substrate (200) covers the organic light emitting device and the driving circuit part. A connection part (400) is extended from a first substrate to the rear surface of the first substrate. An electric component (500) transmits a signal to the driving circuit part through the connection part. An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet (700) is positioned between the electric component and the first substrate.
