Cylinder 14 made from high-conductivity and rust resistance metal is fitted into case 12. Metallic lugs are secured inside the cylinder. Said lugs are shaped to cones with sharp edges or to needles 15 connected to high-voltage DC source negative terminal 8 via relay 9.
