FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: pure oxygen fed from onboard cylinder into turbojet combustion chamber immediately ahead of igniters is changed from molecular state into negative ionic state by forcing it through the system of taper needles whereto negative potential of 4 to 6 kV from DC source. Proposed device comprises case 12 made from dielectric material and pipeline 11 for pure oxygen feed from cylinder 7 to starting igniters 2 in combustion chamber 3. Cylinder 14 made from high-conductivity and rust resistance metal is fitted into case 12. Metallic lugs are secured inside the cylinder. Said lugs are shaped to cones with sharp edges or to needles 15 connected to high-voltage DC source negative terminal 8 via relay 9.
