PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogenizer, a homogenizer device and an illuminating device which can irradiate a range having a small area with parallel light, and are inexpensive.SOLUTION: A condensing lens 3 has an incident surface formed of a projecting spherical surface, has an emission surface of which a center part is formed of a circular plane perpendicular to an optical axis, and has a peripheral portion surrounding the center part of the emission surface formed of a projecting spherical surface. The condensing lens 3 condenses laser light having been emitted from a semiconductor laser 1, and irradiates a phosphor 4 with the condensed laser light. The phosphor 4 emits laser light of which a wavelength of the emitted laser light has been converted into a wavelength different from the wavelength, for instance, a wavelength of visible light. A reflector 5 reflects the laser light from the phosphor 4 thereon, and emits the reflected light as irradiation light 6. |
