PURPOSE: A supporting device for a rigid bar comprising buffering and cant functions is provided to easily control cant by reliving the vibration and impact of a rail. CONSTITUTION: A vibration absorbing body (36) is arranged between a rigid bar and a holding plate. The one end of a cant controlling device (56) is connected to the vibration absorbing body with a hinge. The other end of the cant controlling device is connected to a supporting device. The cant controlling device controls cant. The vibration absorbing body comprises a vibration absorbing member (50) forming a space part inside and upper and lower metal plates (52, 54) for holding the deformation of the vibration absorbing member at the upper surface of the vibration absorbing member.
