<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which prevents a stabilizing capacity element for suppressing fluctuation of a power supply voltage from breaking caused by an ESD discharge. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a first external terminal to which a first voltage is externally supplied; a second external terminal to which a second voltage lower than the first voltage is supplied; a first power source line and a second power source line respectively connected to the first external terminal and the second external terminal; a plurality of capacitative elements serially connected to between the first and second power source lines; and a diode connected to between an intermediate contact connecting the plurality of capacitative elements with each other and the second power source line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
