PURPOSE: A helper system supporting various problems in real time by using wire/wireless communication is provided to quickly process various problems at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A database building unit(100) composes helper groups and builds the helper groups as a helper database. A membership processing unit(200) processes a membership process to make a user join a product of a service provider. When the user requests a service, the service provider allocates a proper helper for a selected field(300). A contact method providing server(400) provides phone numbers and internet sites connected with the allocated helper to the user. A service providing server(500) performs problem resolution or real time interpretation between the helper and the user.
