PURPOSE: A device for monitoring health condition through multi-wavelength light scanning and a method for providing a health condition monitoring service are provided to prevent a radiation exposure problem by analyzing health condition by using a parameter extracted through light scanning. CONSTITUTION: A light input unit(110) of a data measuring module(100) emits input light having two or more different wavelengths. A scanning unit(120) scans the body of a user by using the input light. A light output unit(130) collects output light scanning the body. A data analyzing module(200) extracts a parameter from light scanning information by using a light output property and analyzes the health condition of the user by using the parameter.
