<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance system for suppressing deterioration of an operation rate of respective production devices, and suppressing increase of lead time and a method for controlling the same. <P>SOLUTION: Storage cabinet data showing the number of total cassettes stored in storage cabinets to each of a plurality of production devices is created, and when the number of total cassettes is equal to or more than a threshold based on the storage cabinet data, specific device data for considering a production device which processes the cassettes as a specific device is created. Then, priority of a conveyance instruction that a conveyance source transfer part or a conveyance destination transfer part is the specific device is changed into the higher one, and when there is no conveyance carriage to the conveyance source area of which the conveyance instruction is not allocated, the priority of the selected conveyance instruction is changed into the higher one by a conveyance instruction change part, and there is a conveyance carriage to the conveyance source area of which the conveyance instruction is allocated, however, which performs conveyance in the conveyance source area without loading the cassettes, special allocation for allocating the selected conveyance instruction to the conveyance carriage is performed again based on the specific device data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
