PURPOSE: An apparatus for suppressing the lateral vibration of a jumper wire for an overhead transmitting line is provided to suppress the lateral vibration using a shaft which uses a universal joint and the restoring force of a spring and to improve the safety of a pylon. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for suppressing the lateral vibration of a jumper wire(160) for an overhead transmitting line includes a built-in insulator device(140), a first plate(120), the jumper wire, a jumper wire insulator device(150), a lateral vibration suppressing member(260), and a second plate(280). The built-in insulator device is respectively connected to a power side power line and a load side power line in an arm part of a pylon. The first plate fixes the built-in insulator device in the arm part of the pylon. The jumper wire connects the power side power line and the load side load line. The jumper wire insulator device is installed in the first plate by being combined to a connecting fitting installed in the jumper wire. The lateral vibration suppressing member suppresses the lateral vibration of the jumper wire by being installed between the jumper wire insulator device and the first plate. The second plate installed to face the first plate supports an elastic member. |
