PURPOSE: A power toothbrush is provided to effectively toothbrush by transferring elasticity of a bristle using an elastic body, vibration and power through power of a motor using a battery or a chargeable battery as a power supply unit and to generate air bubble. CONSTITUTION: As to a power toothbrush, a head of a toothbrush consists of a toothbrush head(2), a bristle(5) and an elastic body(3). In a toothbrush handle(4), a power supply unit, an electric motor, an air generation device, a pipe, a check valve and an electronic control device(13) are prepared. A vibration motor(8) is located in the bristle inside of the toothbrush head. A vibrator(17) at the end of a gear of the electric motor and a connection shaft are located in one selected part of the closest parts between the bristle and a rear part of a brush(15) inside of the toothbrush head.
