PURPOSE: A dynamic range measuring method of a servo type acceleration sensor and a device thereof are provided to reduce the measuring time and to obtain an accurate measured value by measuring the minimum level of vibration using the vibration plate for displacement measurement with all the sides fixed. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic range measuring method is as follows. An acceleration sensor outputs the time when both sides of a displacement detection vibration plate are fixed on a frame is measured. The output value when the vibration plate is fixed is measured, wherein an external force detected at the time when the vibration plate is fixed is regarded as the minimum vibration. |
