<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform flushing even without providing a fixed flushing position, and with a little possibility of degrading printing quality. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet textile printing apparatus includes an ink-ejecting part having a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink of a plurality of colors, a set tray having a set surface for setting a material to be printed and moving relatively to the ink-ejecting part, and a control part for controlling an ink-ejecting action and a flushing action of the ink-ejecting part. The control part is configured so as to define a region outside the extent of image data on the material to be printed set on the set tray as a flushing region, and to flush onto the flushing region in such a manner that a color of the material to be printed within the flushing region has a similar color relationship with a color of ink ejected and landing to develop as in flushing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
