<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method capable of reducing time and achieving significant cut in calculation cost to thereby create a more effective plan for measures, when a plan for measures against the deformation of a resin molded article (for example, a plan for measures against warp deformation) is created and designed. <P>SOLUTION: A deformation state analysis method wherein, regarding a deformed resin molded article, the deformation state of the resin molded article is analyzed by dividing the resin molded article into minute regions and optimizing a target function under a prescribed constraint condition and a prescribed restriction condition using a phase optimization method, the prescribed constraint condition is defined as the tendency of the deformation amount of the resin molded article, the prescribed restriction condition is defined as a contribution rate indicating the degree of contribution of the deformation of each of the minute regions to the deformation of the resin molded article, and in the optimization of the target function, the optimization is performed such that the reduction in rigidity of the resin molded article is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
