<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental medical apparatus performing self-repair when detecting abnormality on the side of a unit which is provided on the base end side of a handpiece and supplies water, air, and power or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A laser apparatus 100 includes: a constant voltage circuit 122 detecting the voltage value of a voltage output terminal of a power supply circuit 120 so as to monitor the abnormality about a voltage output from the power supply circuit 120 supplying power to each electric circuit inside the apparatus; a self-diagnostic board 150 distinguishing whether or not the detected voltage value is within a normal range prescribed by specifications of the power supply circuit 120; a self-repair circuit 123 adjusting the voltage of the voltage output terminal such that the voltage value of the voltage output terminal is within the normal range when the detected voltage value is not within the normal range; and a transmission circuit 150 conveying an abnormal part, use environment, or the like to a customer service center 910 or a customer service engineer 921 by use of a communication network NW.
