PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binocular visual acuity evaluation device capable of conducting a systematic evaluation of fusion faculty and stereoscopic visual acuity.

SOLUTION: The device includes: a test execution means for testing a subject's fusion faculty and stereoscopic visual acuity to acquire test results; a storage means for storing a predetermined reference range to divide the test results into classes within a prescribed range; and a determination processing means for determining the subject's fusion faculty and stereoscopic visual acuity in terms of class based on the test results and reference range.
