PURPOSE: A terminal classification device in a recognition femtocell network and a method thereof are provided to transmit and receive data through a queue scheduling method according to a classified access mode by classifying the data according to the access mode of the recognition femtocell network. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(210) includes a transmission buffer transmitting data to other networks and a reception buffer receiving the data from other networks. A classification unit(220) classifies one or more terminals in a recognition femtocell network according to a femtocell access mode. A control unit(230) controls the scheduling of the received data according to the corresponding femtocell access mode. A storage unit(240) stores the scheduled data.
