The present invention relates to a logistics system provided with a transport device (10) and a controller (20) and configured such that inventory data for an item is stored, the logistics system further provided with: an inventory data storage means (24); a transported data storage means (26) for storing data for an item being transported by the transport device (10); a recovery procedure storage means (38) for storing in advance a procedure for recovery from abnormality to which the transport device (10) is related; an abnormality detection means (S1) for detecting the abnormality to which the transport device (10) is related; reception means (32, 34) for reading the recovery procedure for the detected abnormality from the recovery procedure storage means (38) and receiving the input of the recovery procedure to be implemented; an instruction means (36) for outputting an instruction to the transport device (10) on the basis of the received recovery procedure; and an updating means (42) for updating data stored in the inventory data storage means (24) on the basis of the received recovery procedure and the data for the item being transported that is stored in the transported data storage means (26).
