Provided is a novel method using plasma to produce a cured film having excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance. The method for producing a cured film includes at least: coating a carrier with a composition containing at least one type of electroconductive polymer precursor (A) to form a film; and irradiating the film with plasma to polymerize the electroconductive polymer precursor (A).
