The dynamic bone mounting device has section (20) to be mounted with the bone, a head area (30) and a fixing block (40) which is suitable to receive a bar (5). The head area is connected with the fixing block over an articulated joint kinematic mechanism (10). The components of the articulated joint kinematic mechanism have two non-coincident rotating axes. The articulated joint kinematic mechanism is provided for connecting head area and the fixing block that is formed as coupling linkage with four elements. An independent claim is included for a method for dynamic stabilization of vertebral column.
