PURPOSE: A mass egg frying facility capable of frying a large number of eggs for many people at the same time is provided to fry a large number of eggs in a short time and to maintain the taste of fried eggs, thereby cooking a large number of fried eggs as well as minimizing the waste of manpower. CONSTITUTION: A mass egg frying facility includes a liquid egg supply unit(100), a liquid egg cooking unit(200), a fried egg transfer unit(300), a cleaning unit(400), and a control unit(500). The liquid egg supply unit includes a liquid egg transfer container(120), a transfer chain, a movable plate, a movable axis, a push unit and a coil spring. The transfer chain is transferred while the liquid egg transfer container is placed on. The movable plate, which is placed between the liquid egg transfer container and the transfer chain, supports the liquid egg transfer container while being movable to have a downwardly inclined angle in the state of being connected to the upper surface of the transfer chain. The movable axis composes an axis on which the movable plate is rotated and is connected to the movable plate with being placed at the transfer chain. The push unit pushes the liquid egg transfer container fixed on the movable plate at the side and makes the liquid transfer container simultaneously move with the movable plate which rotates on the movable axis at an inclined angle. The coil spring is formed to connect to the movable plate and the movable axis so that the liquid egg transfer container rotated by the push unit returns to an original position.
