FLAVONOID DATABASE FOR ESTIMATION OF FLAVONOID INTAKE AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A database for estimating flavonoid intake and a building method thereof are provided to build a flavonoid ingredient database of commercial food by systematically collecting and analyzing data of flavonoid included food. CONSTITUTION: A flavonoid subclass database(20) classifies flavonoid subclass ingredients into categories to store the same. An individual flavonoid ingredient database(30) is linked with the flavonoid subclass database to store individual flavonoid ingredients about the flavonoid subclass ingredients. A food information database(40) classifies food information into categories, links the same with a content value of the individual flavonoid ingredients included in the food, and stores the same.
