<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial type switch device of which operability can be improved by suppressing wobbling of a dial knob without reducing dimensional tolerance. <P>SOLUTION: A dial type switch device comprises: a support cylinder 11 risen up from a base member 10; a dial knob 20 rotatably fitted on the outer peripheral of the support cylinder 11; an engagement claw 12 protruded in the outer diameter direction in the outer side surface of the support cylinder 11; an engagement step surface 23 for regulating axial movement of the dial knob 20 from slipping off from the support cylinder 11 by being engaged with the engagement claw 12; a substrate 30 having a volume switch 40 for generating electric signals by rotation of the dial knob 20 being transmitted thereto; a regulation groove 24 formed in a circular arc shape and provided on the engagement step surface 23 at a portion where the engagement claw 12 engages with the engagement step surface 23; and a regulation protrusion 14 which is provided on the engagement claw 12 and regulates movement orthogonal to the axial direction with respect to the regulation groove 24 by being inserted into the regulation groove 24 in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
