<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic dispenser that can read signals from an automatic dispenser control unit without causing increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A heat pump controller 40 is applied to an existing automatic dispenser and has a control unit 41 to control the driving of a load provided in the automatic dispenser.
