PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device capable of improving contact performance between a tape and a head by suppressing tape floating during the high-speed rotation of a drum. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an air entrapment shutting-off member disposed in a tape entry side to a rotary drum so as to have a specified gap with the rotary drum.
