<p>A high ethanol-content diesel fuel composition comprises (vol.%): ethanol (10-30), mixture of vegetable oil alkyl esters (20-60), at least one diesel base fuel or cut (30 to 60), and/or liquid compound (1-15) whose flash point is below - 4[deg] C. An independent claim is included for a process for producing the high ethanol-content diesel fuel composition comprising mixing vegetable oil alkyl ester with ethanol; and incorporating diesel base oil or cut and liquid compound into resultant mixture.</p> |
