NON STICKING ASPHALT EMULSION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nonviscous asphalt emulsion composition is provided to have low adhesion, to reduce the loss thereof due to driving of a dump truck in an ascon pavement of a road by low viscosity thereof. CONSTITUTION: A nonviscous asphalt emulsion composition comprises: an emulsion which consists of 95-99.9 weight% of water, 0.05-3.0 weight% of acid and 0.05-3.0 weight% of an emulsifier; 30-80 weight% of straight asphalt; and 5-25 weight% of a phenol resin with a softening point of 90-150 deg. C. A manufacturing method of the nonviscous asphalt emulsion comprises: a step of preparing the emulsion by mixing the water, acid and emulsifier in a first mixer; a step of mixing the straight asphalt and the phenol resin in a second mixer; and a step of mixing the emulsion and the mixed solution in a third mixer.
