<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically optimize a multicast transmission rate according to variations of communication quality and the like in a plurality of receiving stations to which respective priorities are set. <P>SOLUTION: When communication quality information of any priority terminal is less than a first prescribed value, or when the number of radio terminal stations of which communication quality satisfies the first prescribed value in a multicast group is less than a prescribed ratio, a multicast transmission rate is set to be lower by only one step. When communication quality information of all priority terminals is equal to or more than a second prescribed value, and the number of radio terminal stations of which communication quality satisfies the second prescribed value in the multicast group is equal to or more than a prescribed ratio, the multicast transmission rate is set to be higher by only one step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
