PURPOSE: A hybrid wind power generation system is provided to produce electricity while a motor rotates by the electricity generated from an upper power generator when the upper power generator receives strong wind and a center large power generator receives weak wind. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid wind power generation system comprises a second power generation chamber(51), a cylinder shaft(57), a rotary body(55), a second rotary hollow shaft(45), and a third vertical rotary shaft(64). The rotary body fixed to the cylinder shaft moves down to an annular sill(54) when wind power blades(31) rotate. The wind power blades installed in the second rotary hollow shaft rotate by the wind to generate electricity when a first joining clutch is coupled to a second joining clutch in a rotation process.
