<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove residues of a viscous material stayed on a discharge end part of a nozzle as much as possible when discharge of the viscous material from the nozzle is stopped in coating work adopting discharge of the viscous material from the discharge end part of the nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A viscous material coating apparatus includes a pair of flexible long bodies 10, 11 of which both the ends are respectively supported by supports 8, 9 and one long body 10 is bent. In plane view, the bent part of one long body 10 and the other long body 11 intersect with each other and are vertically superposed to form an annular part 21 by both the long bodies 10, 11. Insertion A of the discharge end part 3 side of the nozzle 4 for discharging the viscous material 2, which is vertically set along an axis 23, from the upper part into the annular part 21 and ejection B from the annular part 21 are made possible. By mutual separation C of both the long bodies 10, 11 in the horizontal direction, the annular part 21 is elastically pressed to the discharge end part 3 side outer peripheral surface of the nozzle 4 and can be relatively slid in the axial direction of the nozzle 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
