The high swivel fitting (10) has a table-side mounting plate and a body-side mounting flange connected with each other over two parallelogram guides. A stabilizing lever arm is provided for stabilizing a lower parallelogram position. The stabilizing lever arm is articulated on a side of the table-side mounting plate and the body-side mounting flange.
