<p>The present invention refers to a device (1) and a process for the extraction of capsules (2)containing one dose of an aromatic substance, such as those used in coffee machine of the espresso type. It is disclosed an extraction device of particularly compact dimensions and whose operation takes place by means of applying an outside force upon a driving arm (61) of a lever type mechanism that cooperates with a displacement mechanism so as to transfer movement in a sequentially phased manner to remaining movable elements of the extraction device. It is thus ensured that a process including admission of the capsule, introduction thereof in an extraction chamber and ejection, in a simple and reliable manner. In particular, the extraction device according to the present invention is characterized by providing a reliable ejection of the capsule out of the extraction chamber, without resorting to forces of elastic type undergoing material fatigue with time.</p> |
