<p>The invention relates to pharmacology, medicine, veterinary medicine and to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for producing original composite antibacterial preparations for external use, said preparations having increased therapeutic effectiveness in the treatment of infections of the skin and soft tissues. The proposed pharmaceutical composition comprises mechanically activated chloramphenicol, phosphomycin and highly dispersed nano-structured silicon dioxide as the active substance. The claimed method for the production of the pharmaceutical composition consists in mixing the chloramphenicol, phosphomycin and highly dispersed nano-structured silicon dioxide, characterized in that the mixture of the above-mentioned substances in a weight ratio of 1:5:5, respectively, is subjected to mechanical processing by means of impact-abrading actions, after which said mixture is mixed with an ointment base (polyethylene oxide).</p> |
