<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous kneader capable of preventing the temperature rise of slurry caused by friction in mixing, thereby suppressing the viscosity rise of slurry to improve discharge property from the kneader. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous kneader includes an upper trunk 1 to which a powder supply cylinder 3 supplied with quantified powder is connected and in which the powder is mixed with liquid, and a lower trunk 2 concentrically connected to the lower side of the upper trunk 1. The continuous kneader continuously kneads the powder and liquid by a first rotary kneading plate 10 built in the upper trunk 1 and a second rotary kneading plate 11 built in the lower trunk 2. The base material surfaces of the first and second rotary kneading plates 10, 11 are coated with a coating material 50 for reducing friction when kneading the powder and liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
