摘要 FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for diagnosing multi-processor single-chip systems is based on hierarchical connections. To this end, structural layers, which are in turn divided into functional layers, are selected. Breaking into diagnosis functional layers reflects all features and critical states of the system. In order to diagnose an integrated circuit (IC), a model of the required IC is constructed based on Petri net construction algorithms, which takes into account interaction of elements and parameters. Control action requirements are generated based on conditions of functionality of the constructed model. The range of operating parameters which enable to achieve the given level of operability of the system is determined. The model, which defines formal dependency of elements of hierarchical layers on parameters, is constructed. ^ EFFECT: complex diagnosis of a program-hardware environment of controlling media for distributed computing in multicore single-chip systems. ^ 6 dwg
