PURPOSE: A jig unit for inspecting a display panel is provided to increase reliability of inspecting the display panel. CONSTITUTION: A lower jig(200) comprises a location control member. The location control member controls x, y, and z axis locations of a frame. The location control member rotates the frame against a predetermined rotation axis. A combining unit(300) is arranged between an upper jig and a lower jig. The combining unit combines the upper jig with the lower jig.
