A sun-tracking and light-concentrating heat energy generation device is disclosed, which comprises a steering driving unit, an energy collecting unit, a light-concentrating unit and a photo-sensing control module. The photo-sensing member of the photo-sensing control module is utilized to detect the irradiation direction of sunlight. The motions of the rotary disc and the telescopic rod member of the steering driving unit can be driven accordingly so that the carrying tray of the energy collecting unit can be adjusted to a proper sun-facing position to enhance the light-concentrating capacity, thereby increasing the efficacy of concentrating light and collecting heat in the pipe body. |
