<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy reproducible mass production of anemometers for EGR systems placed in hot exhaust gas streams at 200 to 300°C. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a method for the mass production of a flow sensor (1), particularly a hot-film anemometer. A sensor tip (3) of the sensor up to a housing cover (5) is made of inorganic materials, including a heating resistor configured as a film resistor (30), self-supporting electrical wires (42) connected to the heating resistor, and a carrier to which the self-supporting electrical wires (42) are fixed. A cable (7) is led into a housing (6), and the self-supporting electrical wires (42) are led through the housing cover (5). In the housing (6), conductors (71) of the cable (7) are connected to the self-supporting electrical wires (42), and the housing (6) is subsequently sealed with the housing cover (5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
