PURPOSE: A bio chip containing conductive particles and a target antigen detection device having the same are provided to effectively detect target antigen. CONSTITUTION: A bio chip has polymer-linked conductive particles(110) on the surface of a metal electrode substrate(120). The metal electrode substrate is connected to a current detection unit(150). The polymer includes an antibody, antigen, nucleic acid, carbohydrate, or cells. The metal includes gold, platinum, silver, copper, or indium tin oxide. The conductive particles are a compound semi-conductor, metal oxide film semi-conductor, silicon semi-conductor, fullerene derivative, carbon nanotube derivative, graphene derivative, pentacene derivative, or thiopene derivative. A target antigen detection device comprises the bio chip. The bio chip has a reaction unit with a substrate on which a primary antibody(100) is fixed; and the conductive particle conjugated to the secondary antibody(140). |
