<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor capable of securing stable temperature measurement performance for a part to be measured, by improving workability when the temperature sensor is attached to the part to be measured, and improving positioning accuracy of the temperature sensor to the part to be measured. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 21 comprises: a sensor body 23 having a temperature measurement surface 23c, a tip of which is brought into contact with a part to be measured; an arm-shaped elastic member 25 extended from the sensor body 23; and a resin module component 30 which bears the sensor body 23 via the arm-shaped elastic member 25 and which is attached to the part to be measured so that the temperature measurement surface 23c comes into close contact with the part to be measured by elastic restoring force of the arm-shaped elastic member 25.
