The reinforced concrete foundation pile structure has reinforced-concrete pile portions (2) that are introduced into the spacing pile portion (3) in the soil. The reinforced concrete pile portions and spacing pile are formed as a three-pronged pile system. The diameter of the spacing pile is 0.2 -1.0 mm. The depth of the spacing pile is 0.8-1.5 times greater than the reinforced concrete pile portion. The wall thickness of spacing pile is 3-9 mm. An independent claim is included for method for constructing three-pronged reinforced concrete foundation pile structure in soil.
