<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a newly printed sheet into discharged sheets when a determination result whether a page is white or not becomes a determination result which a user of a printer does not intend. <P>SOLUTION: The printer determines whether image data of each page is that corresponding to a white page or not based on image data for a plurality of pages inputted by reading means; controls printing means so that printing based on the image data of the page determined to correspond to the white page is not performed; controls the printing means so that printing based on the image data of the page which is not determined to correspond to the white page is to be performed; and discharges the sheet on which the image is printed based on the image data of the page which continues to the page determined to correspond to the white page and the page which is not determined to correspond to the white page in such a way that the sheet can be discriminated from the sheet discharged to a sheet discharge section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
