<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete video in an unnecessary interval without causing audio skipping due to deletion of both video and audio in the unnecessary interval when there is the unnecessary interval as video for video with audio. <P>SOLUTION: A video processing device comprises: input means that inputs video data and audio data; extraction means that extracts video data and audio data that are to be processed; detection means that detects an unnecessary frame set in the extracted video data; determination means that determines a first frame set as a frame set before the unnecessary frame set and a second frame set as a frame set after the unnecessary frame set; and complementation means that generates a complementary frame set to be substituted for the first and second frame sets and the unnecessary frame set using the first and second frame sets, and outputs video data composed of frames other than the first and second frame sets in the video data and the complementary frame set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
