FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: what is disclosed is a DNA plasmid for delivery and expression of an antigen, an epitope, an immunogen, a peptide or a polypeptide under the interest. The DNA plasmid contains a cartridge of kanamycin resistance (KanaR) gene wherein the promoter KanaR is modified. The DNA plasmid shows high expression and stability.
