Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a high-strength composite sheet, in which a polymer film containing peroxide is used to enable the uniform distribution of molecular weight and improved embeddability. The method for manufacturing the high-strength composite sheet according to the present invention comprises the following steps: attaching a polymer film containing peroxide to one or both sides of a reinforcement material; pressing the polymer film containing peroxide by means of a heating press such that a polymer film is embedded in the reinforcement material, to thereby form a composite; and cooling the pressed composite by means of a cooling press.
