LATCHING MECHANISM FOR A QUICK COUPLER

A quick coupler comprises a latching mechanism including a latch bar powered by a pair of actuators mounted in parallel at opposed end portions of the of the latch bar to jointly displace the bar between unlatching and latching positions. A fail-safe mechanism is integrated to at least one of the actuators to block the actuator in the latching position in the event of a malfunction of the system.
