PURPOSE: An oscillator circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to reduce power consumption of a semiconductor device by controlling a duty. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator circuit(100) of a semiconductor device comprises a reference voltage generation unit(120), a first level control unit(140), and a second control unit(160). The reference voltage generation unit generates a reference voltage in response to a plurality of control signals. The plurality of control signals is generated in an MRS(Mode Register Set). The reference voltage generation unit outputs the generated reference voltage to the first level control unit. The first level control unit is connected between the reference voltage generation unit and a second level control unit. The first level control unit lowers an electric potential of an output node according to the voltage difference between the reference voltage and the output node. The second level control unit generates an oscillation signal with a charging and discharging operation of a capacitor.
