PURPOSE: A molecular marker of genetic multiple allele male sterile gene of brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis and genetic map of brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis are provided to ensure effectiveness in map-based cloning. CONSTITUTION: A genetic map of brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis comprises a genetic multiple-allele male sterile gene Ms and SSR marker to the same. The gene Ms is located in chromosome R07. The SSR marker is cnu_m273, cnu_m030, cnu_m295, or syau_m13. A primer pair to cnu_m273 has sequence numbers 3 and 4. A primer pair to cnu_m030 has sequence numbers 5 and 6. A primer pair to cnu_m295 has sequence numbers 7 and 8. A method for identifying gene Ms comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis; a step of amplifying the genome DNA; and a step of detecting amplified product.
