PURPOSE: A light emitting diode packaging structure and a light emitting diode stereoscopic display device are provided to ensure image quality by controlling the number of image planes through the number of exposed areas. CONSTITUTION: An LED die(102) emits a light beam(116). A package body(104) surrounds the LED die. An optical element is arranged on the package body. The light beam is partitioned into a plurality of sub light beams passing by the optical element. The plurality of sub light beams individually is projected onto the image planes.
