PURPOSE: A vertical emitting device is provided to increase reflective efficiency by forming a groove which gets narrower toward a light generating layer on a p-type current spreading layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is prepared on a lower part of a substrate. A reflecting layer(120) is prepared on an upper side of the substrate. A current spreading layer(130) is prepared on the reflection layer and includes a groove which gets narrower toward a top part. A light generating layer(140) is prepared on the current spreading layer. A second electrode is prepared on the light generating layer.
